Jeff Walters is a highly experienced property and construction lawyer with more than 20 years of experience advising developers, investors, businesses, lenders, and major organisations throughout New Zealand. As Director of Property & Construction at Nolen Walters, he leads the firm's property and construction practice, providing strategic legal advice on complex transactions, developments, and projects.

Before co-founding Nolen Walters, Jeff was a partner at a boutique corporate and commercial law firm. Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade at two of New Zealand's largest law firms, where he developed extensive expertise in commercial property, construction, and infrastructure matters.

Jeff advises on the full spectrum of property and construction law, including acquisitions and disposals, property development, commercial and hotel leasing, property finance, construction contracts, construction disputes, public works matters, management agreements, brand franchising, and mortgagee enforcement. His clients include large property developers, international hotel operators, finance companies, hospitals, energy providers, network utility operators, and national corporates.
